She has led organizations in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering and Operations. Ever present in these roles was the requirement to be nimble, manage and drive change, create ongoing value, grow and develop people and organizations, design organization structures to create future effectiveness and build portfolios that enable sustainable growth.
Catherine understands the pressures and environment today's leaders are facing at work and at home. As a Leadership and Executive Coach, she is passionate about enabling and inspiring people to tap into their special gifts and expand their leadership and achievement capacity.
